At Synergy Print & Apparel, a division of Synergy Shared Solutions LLC (formerly Harris Apparel), each product is custom-made to order to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency. Because our apparel is produced on demand, shipping timelines may differ from traditional retail.

Production Time

All apparel is printed and prepared after your order is placed.

  • Standard Production Time: 2–7 business days

  • Production begins once payment is successfully processed

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, production times may extend slightly

Shipping Timeframes

Once production is complete, your order is shipped using trusted national and international carriers.

Estimated Shipping Times (after production):

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend

  • Synergy Print & Apparel is not responsible for lost packages due to address errors provided at checkout

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation for assistance

While we will assist with carrier inquiries, Synergy Print & Apparel is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Import duties or taxes

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During high-volume periods (Black History Month, holidays, fundraisers, and promotional campaigns), production and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
